Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Canima wants everyone to be able to learn about our platform, read our content and get in touch with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Conformance target
We design and test canima.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG is the standard that courts and regulators use when applying the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act. Version 2.2 is the most recent and includes the requirements of versions 2.0 and 2.1.
Conformance status: partially conformant. Most of the site meets WCAG 2.2 AA. The known exceptions are listed below. This assessment is our own; the site has not yet been audited by a third party.
What we have done
Every page has a skip-to-content link, consistent landmarks and a logical heading structure.
Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator. Menus close with the Escape key.
Text and form controls meet WCAG contrast minimums against our dark theme.
Form fields have visible labels, support browser autofill, and announce errors to screen readers.
Animated product demonstrations can be paused, and don't start moving if your device is set to reduce motion.
Images and diagrams have text alternatives.
Automated accessibility checks on key pages are part of our test suite.
Known limitations
The animated demonstrations on our home, technology and platform pages (the live console, engagement graph and knowledge graph) show simulated data. Screen readers get a text summary of each rather than every detail of the animation.
Some documents and websites we link to are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Feedback and assistance
If you run into a barrier on canima.com, or need any of our content in a different format, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within five business days.
We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them the same way.
